This Privacy Policy describes how Tech4 handles user information across our mobile applications, including Health, EXIM, Construction, Education, and Financial utilities.

 1. Information Collection and Account Creation

Our apps are categorized into two types:

Offline/Utility Apps: Apps such as our GST or EMI calculators do not require account creation. We do not collect or upload any personal identification (like name or phone number) to our servers for these apps. All data is processed locally on your device.

Account-Based Apps: Some of our apps (such as Construction or Health trackers with cloud sync) allow users to create an account. In these cases, we may collect:

Registration Data: Name, email address,  mobile number.

User Content: Data you choose to sync to our secure servers for backup or multi-device access.

 2. Permissions and Device Sensors

Depending on the specific app’s features, we may request:

Physical Activity: To track steps in health-related apps.

Storage: To save exported reports or calculation logs.

Note: These permissions are only used for the app’s core functionality.

 3. Data Storage and Security

Local Data: For apps without accounts, data is stored only on your device.

Cloud Data: For apps with accounts, your data is stored on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect your information during transit and at rest.

 4. Data Retention and Deletion (Google Play Compliance)

We respect your right to control your data.

Retention: We retain account data only as long as your account is active. For offline apps, we do not retain any data on our servers.

Manual Deletion: You can delete local data by clearing the app cache or uninstalling the app.

Account & Data Deletion: For apps requiring a login, we provide a clear pathway to delete your account and all associated personal data:

In-App: Use the “Delete Account” option within the User Profile/Settings menu.

 We will permanently delete your account and data from our servers within 30 days.

 5. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
